Thrift shopping is a great way to find affordable and interesting goods like clothes, furniture, home decor, tools, kids stuff, and pretty much anything you can think of. Plus, your purchase of pre-owned items gives stuff a new life, and keeps it out of the landfill.
Thrift store prices are typically hard to beat, but sometimes stores have regular sales to clear out inventory, so the store doesn’t become stagnant, and to make room for the flow of incoming goods. If the store is full, they won’t have room to accept your donations. It’s a cyclical process that requires both donors and shoppers, and the good news is, you can be both!
